IQVIA MARKETING CRM
IQVIA MARKETING CRM
IQVIA’s marketing CRM tool is widely used to manage client onboarding and marketing operations. However, the platform struggled with usability, efficiency, and consistency, impacting both users and business workflows.
Year :
2024
Industry :
Pharma
Client :
IQVIA
Project Duration :
24 weeks

Problem :
The onboarding process for new clients was lengthy, with duplicate and unnecessary information slowing it down. Navigation was confusing, with multiple redundant paths to the same page and, in some cases, no way back. The tool also lacked key features like universal search and did not surface important analytics upfront, reducing clarity and efficiency.

Solution :
I redesigned the onboarding flow to eliminate duplicate and irrelevant inputs, cutting onboarding time by nearly 50%. Navigation was restructured for consistency and clarity, while universal search and top-level analytics were introduced to improve usability and visibility. These changes streamlined the user experience, enabling faster and more reliable workflows.

Challenge :
The client wanted improvements without straying too far from the existing design. Balancing familiarity with innovation required careful iteration to retain the look and feel of the original system while solving its critical usability problems.
